Pastor Kenneth Marsh was born on November 11, 1968 to the late Elder Clarence Marsh and Elder Barbara Marsh. Kenny was 2 pounds at birth. The doctors say he wouldn’t walk or talk. But look at what the Lord has done!
Kenny Marsh started his ministry at the early age of 9 years old giving his first sermon at a missionary service at Saint Matthew’s Apostolic on Pulaski Highway. He came from Philippians 2:5 “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus”. From that day he knew he had a calling on his life.
Kenny Marsh was baptized and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost in 1984 at Highway Christian Church under the late Sufforgan Bishop Charles R. Brown. His greatest memory that day was talking to his late Aunt Peggy that he received the Holy Ghost and not being able to come out of the spirit until late that night.
His first solo was from the Mighty Clouds of Joy “God is not dead”. Music was his first love!
As Kenny Marsh grew so did his ministry. God has blessed him to have numerous groups (El Shaddi, Psalms, Kenny Marsh and Company, New beginnings, Fresh Anointing and KFM Singers and currently Kenneth Marsh and Favored Music Ministry). He has also opened up fir numerous gospel artists ( Tye Tribbett, the late Rev. Timothy Wright, Hezekiah Walker) just to name a few.
In 2008 Kenny was ordained Elder in the Lords Church Under Pastor Lawrence McNeil. In life God will settle you and guide you to where He needs you to go. Kenneth Marsh also took his gifts under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Michael Dean Chapman Sr At Word Alive Christian Cathedral for six years. In 2015 he married the love of his life his Ashley Stanton. She became bonus mom to his daughter Kendra
He is currently under The Pillar of Truth Churches Apostolic Faith Inc with his ministry Favor Unleashed POTCAF
He is a proud husband and father of one! His favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans that I have towards you saith the Lord. Thoughts of peace not of evil to give you an expected end.
