Influencer Partnership Policies

1. Timeliness and Deadlines:

  • Influencers must complete all booked promotional posts within 3-5 business days from the order date.
  • Any extensions must be communicated and approved by our team in advance.
  • Posts must be live for at least 24 hours, however influencers can leave the post on their page for as long as they choose.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Orders not completed within the 5-business-day window will be automatically canceled.
  • Customers affected by canceled orders due to influencer non-compliance will receive a full refund.

3. Performance Monitoring:

  • We monitor influencer performance based on order completion rates, timeliness, and customer feedback.
  • Repeated cancellations or significant customer complaints may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

4. Customer Interaction:

  • Influencers are expected to maintain professionalism in all interactions with customers.
  • Disrespectful or unprofessional behavior towards customers or staff is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.

5. Content Quality:

  • All content must meet our quality standards and adhere to the provided guidelines for each order.
  • Influencers must ensure their posts accurately reflect the customer's request and uphold the brand image.

6. Review and Ratings System:

  • Customers will have the opportunity to rate and review influencer performance post-completion.
  • High-performing influencers will be rewarded with higher visibility, including potential ranking increases and featured placements.

7. Recognition and Verification:

  • Influencers who consistently deliver high-quality work and receive positive reviews may qualify for a verified badge or star ranking system.
  • This recognition serves as a trust signal to customers and may lead to higher booking rates.

8. Continuous Improvement:

  • We encourage influencers to actively seek feedback and strive for continuous improvement in their offerings.
  • Participation in periodic training or update sessions may be required to remain active on the platform.

9. Compliance with Terms and Conditions:

  • All influencers must comply with our platform's terms and conditions, including content guidelines and prohibited content policies.
  • Failure to comply may result in account suspension or removal.

10. Conflict Resolution:

  • In the event of disputes between influencers and customers, our team will facilitate resolution efforts.
  • Influencers are expected to cooperate fully with our resolution process to ensure a fair outcome.

11. Payout Timelines and Procedures:

  • Influencers will be compensated for their completed work within 1-2 business days following the confirmation of a completed order.
  • Payments will be made using the payment method selected by the influencer at the time of sign-up on our platform.
  • It is the influencer's responsibility to ensure their payment information is up-to-date and accurate to avoid any delays in receiving compensation.

12. Payout Discrepancies and Inquiries:

  • In the event of a payout discrepancy or if an influencer has not received payment within the specified timeframe, they should immediately contact our support team for assistance.
  • Our team is committed to resolving payment issues promptly and will provide guidance and updates throughout the resolution process.

13. Changes in Payment Method:

  • Influencers can update their preferred payment method through their account settings on the platform.
  • Any changes to the payment method must be made at least 5 business days before the next payout to ensure the changes are processed in time.

14. Compliance and Tax Responsibilities:

  • Influencers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local tax laws and requirements regarding income earned through our platform.
  • Our platform will provide any necessary documentation or reports required for tax purposes upon request.

15. Financial Conduct:

  • Influencers must adhere to ethical financial practices and conduct. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to falsifying completed work or manipulating the review system for financial gain, will result in immediate termination of the influencer's account and forfeiture of any pending payouts.

These compensation and payout policies are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and efficient process for rewarding influencers for their valuable contributions to our platform.
