Refund policy
General Policy:
All products and services are sold "as is". You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You assume that you are the authorized user of the payment information provided at checkout. For services, you may contact us within 30 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a service of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, you must contact us with a written request and evidence of the service not being provided. This request must be approved by store management. Upon approval, if you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
Ticket Purchase Policy:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled.
Artist Performance Policy:
Artists who are scheduled to perform must notify us at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the event if they are unable to attend. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of their performance slot, and rescheduling will not be an option.
