Event Media & Recording Policy

2Hot events, auditions, showcases, and affiliated productions may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.

By attending, participating in, or performing at any 2Hot event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You grant 2Hot, its affiliates, partners, and media representatives the unrestricted right to photograph, record, and capture your likeness, voice, name, and performance.

  • You grant permission for this content to be used in promotional materials, marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, documentaries, streaming content, television, digital platforms, and future productions.

  • You understand that no compensation is provided for the use of this media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.

  • You release 2Hot and its partners from any liability related to the use of recorded content.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact event staff prior to the start of the event.
