Bio:

My name is Aleena Joy - I am of Samoan and Irish descent, from San Francisco Ca and music is my greatest form of expression. When I had no one, I had my pen and pad and I had my voice. Growing up in a broken home music was my escape - writing helped me dig deep into my emotions to let them out, and let them go. I’m poetic, expressive, soulful and too deep for most. I don’t want people to see me, I want them to hear me.
