Role Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate and people-focused Community Manager to serve as the bridge between 2HotMedia and our interns, artists, and community members. This role is all about building relationships, celebrating progress, and keeping the “Delta vibe” alive by ensuring that everyone feels supported, connected, and recognized.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a consistent point of contact for interns and artists, providing regular check-ins.

Recognize and celebrate achievements with shoutouts, spotlights, and encouragement.

Foster engagement and community spirit across social platforms, group chats, and events.

Assist in onboarding new community members and helping them feel welcomed.

Monitor community conversations and step in to support, answer questions, and maintain a positive environment.

Collaborate with leadership to align community engagement with company culture and goals.
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience:

Prior experience in community management, talent relations, or team coordination preferred.

Experience in entertainment, media, or creative communities is a plus.
Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

A natural encourager with the ability to make people feel seen and valued.

Strong organizational skills for tracking check-ins, shoutouts, and community activities.

Empathy and cultural awareness to manage diverse personalities and backgrounds.

Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company vision.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional training in communications, public relations, or community development is a plus.
