I am Bri the Giant. I was born and raised in San Jose but have planted my roots in Oakland. I'm a local rapper who within the last year has become hyper-fixed on my craft. I have also been drawn to music since attempting to cypher as a child with my sister. I decided to dust off the pen and give my music the attention it deserved. I make music for pure enjoyment, and as most artists do, as an outlet when the heavy stuff has piled up. I am drawn to performing because of the adrenaline rush a show gives me. Even if I'm vibing out to 5 people, those 5 people will get my all because at that moment us 6 are in a joyful and light shared space. I don't need to be famous, I just want to play with words over beats and see how creative I can be, because I love it.
