Born and raised in Meridian, Mississippi, Ronnie C discovered his passion for music early—picking up the drumsticks at just eight years old. His natural rhythm and soulful touch quickly set him apart, leading him to pursue music more seriously while attending Jackson State University, where his skills and stage presence flourished. Over the years, Ronnie toured with several artists, honing his craft and developing a signature sound that blends R&B, gospel, funk, blues. Out of that journey, he founded his own band, EarKandy, in Mississippi—a name that perfectly captures the smooth, captivating sound he’s known for. Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, EarKandy Experience has evolved into one of the city’s most vibrant live music movements, bringing energy, emotion, and excellence to every stage. Ronnie’s journey is a testament to perseverance, passion, and the power of staying true to the beat of your own soul.
