Ms. Aquarius a.k.a. Keyanna Renee Williams was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts where she discovered her passion in writing, and creating music at the age of 13. With her style, versatility and charisma, it is easy to spot her in a crowd. Influenced by rapper Queen Latifah in the early 90s, her uniqueness demands attention. She wants listeners to hear the star before seeing the star… “I’m a rapper but I also create things and I don't want people to see one vision when they look at me; my lane is undefined and innovative... ”There is no ending to the ideas she creates. Ms. Aquarius put out her first mix tape hosted by Clinton Sparks “Sweets for the Streets” in 2007. She says sweet for the streets was one of the hottest mix tapes out that year. Yet, it failed to make enough noise. Still persistent, she put out a second mix tape hosted by kid Capri in 2008. Ms. Aquarius performed for Mayor Thomas Menino making the front page newspaper as the” Age Of The Aquarius” Ms. Aquarius has traveled state to state; places like New York, Philadelphia, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Miami, Virginia, and North Carolina performing, trying to be heard. Now, in 2012 she’s working on her album “Rock Paper Scissors” As well as her stiletto line "RawDawgs". She says with this project she needs to work with the music bullies of the industry.
