Laly Noya Rakotoniaina was born in Connecticut. She started aged six as a student at Albano Ballet Company; Hartford Conservatory School of Performing Arts. Also, she was a student at Musician Institute College of Contemporary Music. Then, she transferred to NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Next she graduated from NYU with, Music Business Essentials.
