Role Overview:
We are looking for a TikTok Specialist to help us grow brand visibility, artist reach, and event promotions on one of today’s most powerful platforms. This role combines organic content creation (leveraging trends, sounds, and storytelling) with paid ad management (driving traffic, engagement, and ticket/artist campaign conversions).
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute TikTok strategies for both organic and paid campaigns.

Create short-form video content aligned with trends, events, and artist promotions.

Manage TikTok Ads Manager to launch and optimize paid campaigns.

Track campaign performance and report on key metrics (views, conversions, ROAS).

Collaborate with artists, influencers, and the marketing team to maximize reach.

Stay current with TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes.
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience:

Proven experience growing TikTok accounts (personal, brand, or client).

Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager.

Entertainment, music, or event-based campaign experience is a plus.
Skills:

Creative storytelling and ability to produce engaging short-form content.

Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and sounds.

Analytical skills to optimize ads and organic strategies.

Video editing skills using CapCut, TikTok native editor, or similar tools.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional coursework or training in digital marketing, advertising, or media production is a plus.
