Role Overview:
We are seeking a Story Collector to sift through our existing library of content — interviews, event footage, testimonials, and success clips — and curate the best material to highlight the opportunities and real impact of 2HotMedia. This role is focused on organizing, identifying, and pulling out “gold” that demonstrates how artists and interns grow through our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Review existing video, audio, and written content archives.

  • Identify and pull out impactful testimonials, success stories, and highlight clips.

  • Organize stories into categories (artist wins, intern growth, event highlights, community impact, etc.).

  • Work with the marketing team to repurpose collected stories into social posts, reels, newsletters, and sponsorship decks.

  • Provide context for each story to ensure it aligns with our brand message.

  • Maintain a content library so stories are easily searchable and ready to use.

Required Experience and Skills:
Experience:

  • Prior experience in content curation, storytelling, or media editing preferred.

  • Familiarity with file management, social media content, or archives is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong eye for storytelling — knowing what content resonates with an audience.

  • Ability to comb through large amounts of content and pick out highlights.

  • Good organizational and cataloging skills.

  • Basic editing (video/photo/text) skills are a plus but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional coursework in communications, journalism, or media management is a plus.
