Role Overview:

Our team requires a dependable Customer Service Representative to manage phone-based communications. Your role will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and address customer service inquiries promptly.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or promotional campaigns.
Document interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Provide information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns.
Work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs and support business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
- Experience with CRM and call center software.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Excellent listening skills and empathy to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Patience and adaptability to handle various customer temperaments.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Additional training or experience in customer service or call center operations.
