Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media and digital platforms. This role is focused on driving ticket sales for events, promoting artist campaigns, and ensuring that ad spend delivers measurable results.
Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Strategically allocate budgets for events and artist promotions to maximize ROI.

Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and placements to improve performance.

Monitor and report on campaign metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversions.

Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with event timelines and artist goals.

Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and new advertising opportunities in the music & entertainment industry.
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience:

Proven track record in running successful paid ad campaigns.

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads required.

Entertainment, events, or music industry advertising experience is a plus.
Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns.

Creativity in testing ad copy, visuals, and audience targeting.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
