Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue. As a revenue driver, you’ll help connect artists, influencers, and businesses with opportunities through 2HotMedia’s platforms, events, and promotional services.
Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to prospective clients, artists, and businesses.

Pitch services, events, and opportunities offered by 2HotMedia.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align on client needs.

Track leads, deals, and commissions in our CRM system.
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred.

Experience in entertainment, media, or event sales is a plus but not required.
Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Persuasive and confident in presenting products and services.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter’s mentality.

Basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional coursework or experience in sales, marketing, or communications is a plus.
