Role Overview:

The Social Media Content Creator is tasked with producing dynamic and engaging content for both our company and our clients. This role requires a creative and proactive approach to content generation across multiple forms of media including video, audio, image, and written content. The content creator will ensure that all material is tailored and optimized for each social media platform, enhancing our brand's presence and engaging effectively with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop original content in various formats, including videos, podcasts, graphics, and blog posts, tailored to specific social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
  • Content Curation: Identify, adapt, and repurpose content to fit our social media strategy, ensuring consistent and engaging material is delivered.
  • Platform Management: Schedule and post content regularly across all social platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Engagement: Monitor social interactions and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster a strong community presence.
  • Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to refine and optimize future content strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and social media manager to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and organizational goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record of creating compelling and impactful content for various social media platforms.
    • Experience in handling multiple content formats including video production, graphic design, and copywriting.

    Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage content pipelines efficiently.
    • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
    • Ability to adapt tone and style to match different audiences and platforms.
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and SEO principles.

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
      • Additional certifications in digital marketing or content creation are beneficial.
