This tech-savvy professional will implement cutting-edge bot technology to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop bots for social media platforms and customer service.
Monitor and maintain bot performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with various teams to understand automation needs and implement solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for bot-related issues.
Keep up to date with the latest in bot technology and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:
- Experience in developing chatbots and automation tools for social media and customer service platforms.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
Skills:
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Innovative thinking with a focus on improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Education:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, preferred, but not required.
Relevant certifications in software development or AI technologies.
